By accessing or using ProposalAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

ProposalAI is an AI-assisted proposal generation tool for service business owners. It generates professional PDF proposals based on information you provide. Proposals are generated using AI and should be reviewed before sending to clients.

3. Subscription terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and auto-renew unless cancelled.
You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Free trial users receive 3 proposals before subscription is required.
Subscription pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use ProposalAI to:

Generate proposals containing illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content
Resell or redistribute proposals as a standalone product without our written permission
Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service
Violate any applicable law or regulation

5. Limitation of liability

ProposalAI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any outcomes — won or lost contracts, business decisions, or financial results — arising from proposals generated by our service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all proposal content you create. We retain ownership of the ProposalAI platform, templates, and underlying software.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

7-day guarantee: If you subscribed within the last 7 days and are not satisfied, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
After 7 days: Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day window closes.
Cancel anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Refund requests: Email hello@proposalai.co with your account email and reason.
