This product uses AI to generate content. All output should be reviewed before sending.

What data we collect
When you use ProposalAI, we collect:
- Business information — your business name and type
- Proposal content — client names, job scopes, and proposal details you enter
- Billing information — processed via Stripe; we do not store card numbers
- Usage data — number of proposals generated, timestamps
- Account identifier — a tenant ID that links your usage to your subscription
How we use your data
- To generate proposals using AI (via Anthropic's API)
- To process your subscription payment (via Stripe)
- To track your free-tier usage and enforce subscription limits
- To send service emails (subscription confirmation, payment receipts)
- To improve the service based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns
Third-party services
- Stripe — processes all payments. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Anthropic API — generates proposal content. Your proposal inputs are sent to Anthropic's API and subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
- Railway — hosts the application and stores application logs.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@proposalai.co. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Data is retained for 90 days after subscription cancellation, then permanently deleted.
Cookies
ProposalAI does not use tracking cookies. Stripe may set cookies as part of the payment flow.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
